--ironically his Dad was from Germany
--a shy, timid student maybe the result of being the youngest in his class.
--his wife was almost kidnapped.
--has a Hollywood Star on the Walk of Fame...(who doesn't?)
--Ron Paul apparently not a fan.
--he is in the US Figure Skating Hall of Fame....(who isn't?)
--has an airport named after him.
--long story....but he's kind of an inspiration for this blog.
