We've got a Wiener!!!

What's better than winning Trivia Tuesday you ask?
Winning it with several Pollards close on your heels.
The winning title goes to Nancy Jane McNally this week
who pulled in just moments ahead of the field with
Paul Frederic Simon &
Arthur Ira Garfunkel

Above is a scary version of Sound of Silence which was written in
response to the JFK assassination.....
It was released by Simon & Garfunky as an acoustic version
but the album bombed....
they broke up in 1964....
and Simon moved to England.

A producer of the original track added drums,
electric bass and guitars to it
a year later with both Simon & Garfunkster
unaware of this remix.

It hits #1 in January 1966.....
Simon had to move back from England and
reform the duo.
This launched them into super-stardom.
Sometimes a good song needs a little luck.
Sound of Silence is the 18th most recorded
song of the 20th Century
in case you were wondering.
